Refund Policy

This policy covers paid InvestoBrick subscriptions (for owners, agents and builders) and paid listing promotions (Featured, Premium, Top of Search, Urgent, Spotlight, Homepage Featured).

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period, except where required by law or at InvestoBrick's discretion for a documented service issue.

Listing promotions

Promotion fees (Featured, Premium, Top of Search, etc.) are non-refundable once the promotion has gone live, except where the promotion could not be delivered due to an error on InvestoBrick's part.

Payment disputes

All payments are processed through Razorpay. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@investobrick.com with your order details and we will investigate.

This is a draft prepared as part of InvestoBrick's initial build and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and reconciled with actual subscription/promotion pricing once Phase 10 (Subscriptions/Payments) ships, before it is relied upon as a binding legal document.
