The InvestoBrick marketplace

InvestoBrick is a platform that lets property owners, agents and builders list properties, and lets buyers and tenants search, compare and enquire about them. InvestoBrick is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings created by other users.

Listings

• You must have the right to list any property you post on InvestoBrick.
• Listings must be accurate and not misleading; duplicate or fraudulent listings may be removed.
• InvestoBrick may review, approve, reject or remove listings at its discretion.

AI-generated content

InvestoBrick uses AI to generate property scores, descriptions and recommendations. These are estimates, not guarantees, and should be independently verified before you rely on them for a financial decision.

Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, fraudulent or duplicate listings.
• Attempting to circumvent verification, moderation or rate-limiting systems.
• Scraping or bulk-collecting data from InvestoBrick without permission.

Limitation of liability

InvestoBrick provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listing information, AI-generated estimates, or transactions between users.
